Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to love your purchase from Kosa Box Australia. If there's an issue with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Please note, we do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (your order number).

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at kosaboxaustralia@gmail.com.
Returns will need to be sent to our office in Amaroo, Canberra.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at kosaboxaustralia@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please get in touch with us at kosaboxaustralia@gmail.com.
